Cabinet sides, top and
bottom are constructed in
19 mm durable melamine,
backboard is an 8 mm
melamine-coated board.
Zystm’s cabinet hinge is specifically
designed for hospital and
laboratory use. The anodised
aluminium quality hinge comes
with self lubricating washers to the
moving part. The hinge has been
rigorously tested to 200,000
opening and closings with a
maximum opening of 270 degrees.
Addition and cover are
made in standard body
colour and material, but
can be made with a
laminate surface for an
additional charge.
As standard, all cabinets
come with an adjustable
magnetic lock.
All cabinet and surfaces of
the cabinets are nonporous for and crevice free
for hygiene purposes. The
carcass front is fitted with a
concave sealing strip that
allows doors or drawers to
close softly and tightly
providing a dust seal.
Doors and drawer fronts are
made from 16 mm
chipboard with 0.7 mm
laminate to both the front
and back. Edges are sealed
with impact resistant and
2.0 mm 3D alloy/synthetic
lipping for optimal hygiene.
Plinths are made in
waterproof sheet cladded
in 0.7 mm high-pressure
laminate on both sides
finished in color dark grey.
Plinths come as joint or
individual plinths.
Glass doors are manufactured
in MDF with a laminate
surface.
The glass is glued into a
frame construction making it
both stable and very easy to
clean.
Shelves are made of 12 or
19 mm particleboard with
melamine or high pressure
laminate surface and all
edges are sealed with 1
mm synthetic banding for
optimal hygiene.
Zystm light panel mounted
to the underside of wall
cupboard. This closed light
duct has been specially
developed for areas where
there are high demands for
hygiene.
Light pelmet strips under
top cupboards are
manufactured from
melamine-coated board
with all edges sealed. They
can also be supplied in
laminate-coated board with
a front colour for an
additional charge.
Laminate tabletops are manufactured from 28 mm chipboard
complete with 0.7 mm laminate
on the top and relief laminate on
the back. All edges are sealed
with laminate edges or edges in
2 mm ABS synthetic material. If
